- Asparagus Dinner & Mrs. Asparagus Pageant- Enjoy a delicious dinner in which asparagus is the entire dinner- including dessert! See for yourself how versatile and tasty this unique veggie is, all while enjoying the Shelby HS Jazz Band, Oceana Singers, AND be a part of the 2012 crowning of Mrs. Asparagus. Location: Shelby High School Cafeteria/Auditorium, Dinner 6-7:30p.m., Pageant 7:30p.m., Price $15/person, $25/couple (price includes dinner, entertainment, & pageant).

- Arts & Crafts Fair- Downtown Hart in front of the Courthouse, 9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Asparagus Farm Tours- Depart from the NAF Information Tent for a 45-60 minute tour of an asparagus farm in Oceana County. Witness the harvesting and talk with growers about the asparagus industry 10:00 a.m.
- NAF Food Show-Sample a variety of asparagus dishes and vote for your favorite. 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Knights of Columbus Building, Washington Street, Hart. $$$
- Joan Glover NAF Royale Parade- Downtown Hart, rain or shine. Bands, floats, queens, dignitaries, antique vehicles, entertainment. 2:00 p.m.
- Community Picnic- Asparagus brats, hot dogs, potato salad, chips, macaroni salad, beverage and dessert for $5 per person. Hart Commons in Downtown Hart 4-7 pm. (Co-sponsored by the Shelby Boy Scouts of America)
- NAF Evening Concert- Hart Commons is the place, Electric Wombats is the sound. Don't miss this fun filled evening of local entertainment. 7:00-11:00 pm at Hart Common in Downtown Hart. Bring your lawn chairs-no charge.
Sunday, June 10th
- Fly-In Breakfast Powered parachute and static aircraft displays, Enjoy a pancake and sausage breakfast. Located at the Oceana County Airport on East Baseline Road from 7:30a.m.-noon. $$$
- Oceana County Animal Shelter Open House. Sunday, June 10, 2012 from 8 am to noon on Baseline Road (just West of the Oceana County Airport). Free dog baths and refreshments and a chance to see what area pet vendors have to offer. For more information, contact Tom at 231-861-5395.
