Welcome Arts & Crafts Fair Vendors!


Thank you for your interest in being part of the arts & craft fair!

A special thank to those that have helped & are helping the National Asparagus Festival "go green"!


The goal of this page is to help make the application process easier for vendors, especially returning vendors! IF you have any suggestions, questions, concerns, comments about the process and please let us know - we would love to hear your ideas & perspective as a vendor!


If you were a vendor in 2017 & have had no changes to your booth, you can bypass the application and indicate which space you prefer in the memo section of your payment, or you can fill out the new and improved application, which includes information needed for returning vendors. Please send your vendor fee (via check, money order or online payment) with your name, preferred booth space and any notes you'd like the Coordinator to be aware of.


If you are a new vendor please complete a new application and be sure to include photographs.

*Photographs of your items can be emailed to the coordinator.


Please allow 2-3 weeks for the Coordinator to receive and review your application and requests. Once your application has been reviewed, the coordinator will be in contact to confirm your application & payment havebeen received. Spaces will not be officially assigned until May 1. Please note, the Coodinator will do their best to accomodate your preferred booth spaces on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware the Coordinator may make changes up until the day before the event.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why don't I see my name under application status?

A: Remember to allow 2-3 weeks for the Coordinator to receive, review & update website.


Q: Can I pay online?

A: Yes, at the bottom of the Arts & Craft page there is a PAYPAL button.


Q: If nothing in my booth has changed and I was a vendor in 2017, can I just pay online and send the coordinator an email?

A: YES, if you are a returning vendor, once your payment has been received the Coordinator is willing to consider an email expressing interest in participating and payment in full in lieu of your application, however, no changes in your booth will be allowed. If changes have been made since last year, you will need to complete a new application. If you have questions, contact the Coordinator at
