The Taste of Asparagus Competition is an opportunity for asparagus lovers to share their favorite asparagus dishes with the community! Open to the public - everyone is invited to enter their asparagus dish into the competition! There will be two divisions. For the main division there will be prizes for First, Second, and Third place winners. New this year we will have a college age division. Any student that is currently enrolled in college, will get the chance to win a $500 scholarship! (Check will be written to the college)  MORE INFORMATION

All dishes must be prepared with ASPARAGUS!  The National Asparagus Festival Committee will provide asparagus for you to use to prepare your dish... free of charge.  Indicate the quantity needed when you apply to participate.
