The Taste of Asparagus Competition is an opportunity for asparagus lovers to share their favorite asparagus dishes.  All Commercial and Non-Commercial entrants will compete for 1st place. The dish receiving the most votes from a panel of 3 judges will be declared the overall winner of each division. The public will also vote for their favorite asparagus dish and the winner will receive the coveted PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD!  The Asparagus Queen will also select the “Queen’s Choice” for her favorite dish!  MORE INFORMATION

All dishes must be prepared with ASPARAGUS!  The National Asparagus Festival Committee will provide asparagus for you to use to prepare your dish... free of charge.  Indicate the quantity needed when you apply to participate.
